Wellness Wednesday: Virtual Yoga

Wellness Wednesday is led by 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and fellow IIDA member Natalie Jung. This class is suitable for all levels and is designed to find a fun, playful practice that will leave you feeling balanced & relaxed all in the comfort of your own home!
